I signed up for this discussion; I'm now preparing my first post. Only two days in, and it's amazing the horrific situations described by participants for whom the practices they describe are commonplace. I'm struck by how *important* the topic is. I urge anyone who believes girls, no less than boys, should be cherished and protected, to sign up and let your voice be heard.
